Our Services

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

This comprehensive evaluation focuses on understanding your mental health symptoms, symptom progression, and previous and current pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment methods and responses. The assessment also includes a thorough review of the patient's medical background and psychosocial factors which may impact mental health. Patients will collaborate with a licensed mental health provider to identify concerns, clarify diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment goals. Based on the assessment, recommendations may include therapy, psychiatric medication management, lifestyle interventions, and/or referrals for additional support services. Please ensure that all new patient forms are completed 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Psychiatric Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up visits are designed to provide ongoing support and management for individuals receiving mental health medication management services. These sessions focus on monitoring symptoms, evaluating treatment effectiveness, adjusting medications if needed, and addressing any new or ongoing concerns. The provider will work collaboratively with the patient to assess progress toward treatment goals, reinforce coping strategies, and ensure continuity of care. Follow-up visits may also include coordination with therapists, primary care, or other support services as appropriate.

Payment

Payments are billed to your payment method on file before your appointment. All fees are due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH Debit. Tricare is considered out of network however a superbill will be provided upon request. 

Scheduling

If you are using your in-network health insurance benefits, click the “Book an Appointment” button and select an available appointment date and time. You may also call the office directly to schedule an appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email prompting you to sign up for the patient portal. Once you have logged into the portal, please complete all intake forms. Forms must be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

 

Cancellations

If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, you MUST notify our office by phone, email, or patient portal to cancel or reschedule the appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else in need. Keep in mind that insurance does not cover the fee for missed appointments. Should you fail to meet this commitment, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
